How to digitize the processes? What's new in automation? The answers will be given from 25 to 27 September – at TMT Expo
Speed, efficiency, high performance and unlimited capabilities. All these words can be attributed to the modern textile industry, which is more high-tech than ever before. And it seems that we will be witnessing even more extraordinary rates of development. The key factor of the rapid evolution is the software – this is an important factor for the functioning of machinery and equipment, implemented at every stage of the textile production.
Evidence of what we've said so far will be given soon. Because the Bulgarian textile event, the TMT Expo exhibition, will be held from 25 to 27 September at Inter Expo Center in Sofia. What will the business forum offer to the professional audience? Let us just mention that the businesses of the exhibitors are nearly covering the entire spectrum of production and activities – design, engineering, cutting, software, CAD systems, textile logistics, pressing, ironing, finishing, testing, internal material flow, quality assurance... "Everyone can register for a free visit at www.tmtexpo.bg", the organizers from Inter Expo Center advised.
The overall control in design digitalization is crucial for the final product. We are sure that the attention will be gripped by Wilcom Embroidery Studio E 4.2, in a set with CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X8 – the latest version of the software for embroidery modeling and multi-decoration. It will be presented by Komtekst, with a focus audience being designers of machine embroidery, shop owners, clothing technologists, instructors and tutors, designer clothes decorators. Text and name embroidery is available with more than 200 fonts. It provides fast visualization preparation and creates high resolution images that can be sent directly via email. The informatio about the basic order and the production activities can be stored directly in the Wilcom-EMB project file. Among the participants is also ADCOM with software solutions from Adobe, ArtiosCAD and many others.
The automated system for scanning and cutting GERBER CONTOURVISION, through which manufacturers can scan textiles with customized print will impress with its intelligent software. The implementation of the system into production allows for automatic generation of a cut file and cutting with a speed up to 1.1 m/s of the rolled material. The scanner captures the image of the individually printed fabric and sends it directly to the ContourVision software. Image processing is fast and the cutting starts immediately without the need to create cut files.
For the production of high-quality shirts, meeting the modern high user requirements, OREXCOM presents the automatic sewing machine, providing a high-quality and highly efficient production process PFAFF 3586-25/01. With its multifunctional and user friendly touchscreen control panel, it enables the operator to quickly enter the desired parameters and to save them on an external data storage device.
For the second consecutive year TMT Expo will provide a professional platform for the textile industry in Bulgaria, which will demonstrate also the laser technology achievements. Among the participants will be the company Totem Group with SUMMA L1810 laser cutting systems.
The innovative machine is equipped with VISION camera technology, which scans the contours of the printed fabric and cuts it thereon without the need for additional cutting file. "The main advantage of contactless cutting is the lack of displacement or pulling of the material", emphasized from the company. High-tech machines for programmable stitching with laser cutting will be offered also by JACK BULGARIA. Visitors will know more about the machines from the JK series with different working fields - up to 1400 x 850 mm.
The accompanying program – where the machines demonstrate their capabilities
TMT Expo provides an opportunity to know more about the capabilities of the last generation machinery and equipment. In addition to being exhibited at the company stands and presentations, the 21st century technologies will be demonstrated during the accompanying program, the basis of which will include fashion shows of printed textiles. The future will be hinted also by the third edition of the artistic exhibition "Photography needs a body", produced by "Factor.bg".
