From October 2 to 4, professionals will come to meet at the Forum for Materials, Machinery and Technologies in the Textile Industry
Bulgarian textile industry manufacturers can benefit from state funds for their participation in the first edition of the TMT Expo Exhibition. The funding for the forum, to be held from 2 to 4 October at Inter Expo Center, is provided by the Executive Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (BSMEPA).
The companies that can take advantage of the opportunity are those operating in the sector of design and manufacturing of textiles, technology, automation, natural and synthetic fibers production, printing technologies and cutting technologies, interior textiles, bonding and fastening materials, quality control, information technology and specialized software, and more. According to representatives of this industry, the sector has needed for many years a professional event - a single and wide business platform for the textile industry, such as TMT Expo.
Strong foreign interest
Due to the great interest in TMT Expo at the beginning of June, the organizers from Inter Expo Center opened an additional participant hall, bringing the area of the forum up to 4500 sq. m. The foreign interest towards the event by companies from Greece and Turkey is also stronger.Already more than 60 companies have booked their stands. Among them are leading distributors and manufacturers in Bulgaria - Ina Trading, Ruen Machinery, Vesta-R, Jack Bulgaria, Orexcom, Brother M & M, Smart TextileHimmi, Aragorn, Siruba, Proto, Rilman, Texco, Aglika Trade, Signal, Meo Buttons, Bomi , Ales, Nitex-50, Astra-Commerce, Bulgaria-K, IZITEX, Iskra and dozens of others.
20th National Textile Conference
The 20th National Textile Conference on "Traditions and Innovation in Textiles and Clothing" will take place within the three exhibition days of TMT Expo. The forum award prizes to pupils and students participants in the "Best Diploma Work and Term Paper in the Field of Textile and Clothing 2017" competition. There will also be organized meetings between university lecturers and representatives of the textile and sewing industry.
By creating a professional meeting platform for representatives of the branch, TMT Expo provoked the interest of the textile manufacturers, Bulgarian and foreign investors, representatives of the ready-to-wear and knitwear production, manufacturers of nonwoven fabrics, processors of textile and flexible materials, representatives of the service sector, distributors and wholesalers, engineers, mechanics, technologists, visitors from research institutes and universities, vocational schools.
TMT Expo will be held in parallel with the 7th edition of the only exhibition in Bulgaria for print and advertising communications - COPIS, where the large-format and digital printing of textiles is widely represented. On an area of 10,000 square meters, the two forums will create conditions for business development, networking and an overview of recent trends.
